Daniel Cowley appears to be the son of John Cowley and Mary Callister from the parish of Michael. John was a Cooper by trade and lived around Ballagawne. IGI shows other children, Elizabeth 1820 and Thomas 1815. It looks like Thomas married Margaret Irvine from the parish of German.

Margaret Mylrea is the daughter of John Mylrea and Eleanor Corlett they farmed Ballacooiley in Ballaugh and had a host of children seen in IGI. The son Thomas took over the farm after his fathers death and ran it for many years.
