thank-you jean,yes that sounds like them,i know walter died before 1966 as we left the island then,and i can only just remember him.and i knew they were buried in rushen church yard.i am coming over to the island in the summer so hope to be able to look at parish records.dont have certificates for their marrage,but will ask my cousin if he has them,thank-you again.
