***I AM RESEARCHING JAMES CUMMINGS (BORN c.1811) WHO MARRIED JANE MOORE (BORN c. 1816). THEY WERE RECORDED AS LIVING IN RAMSEY AT THE TIME OF THE 1841 CENSYS. IT SAYS THEY WERE FROM SCOTLAND BUT I CANNOT FIND OUT WHERE ABOUTS THEY CAME FROM. ALSO PEOPLE OF THE SAME NAME ARE LISTED ON THE FAMILYSEARCH.ORG WEBSITE AS BEING BORN ON THE ISLE OF MAN. CAN ANYONE HELP. - I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL FOR ANY NEW INFORMATION***

I am reseraching the same Cummings family. James Cummings married Jane Moore. They had a daughter Henrietta and a son James who were born in Scotland. They had another 3 children who were born at Ramsey, IOM. Andrew born 1834, Jane born 1837 and Elizabeth 1839.
