who is your ISP - check with them - sounds like a DNS problem

I strongly suggest you install Firefox and more strongly that you install noscript extension and use it unless you are happy with the site being visited - there is a recent exploit for which MS has not yet issued a patch that noscript will prevent - I'm always wary of free hosting sites as they can only exist by serving up adverts and are not always that careful as to who supplies the banner ads - however that chosen by Ian may well be fine.
