Have just had notification from Ancestry that the first part of their 1911 census transcription is now available and fully searchable. They say they have taken note of comments that they always put the English counties up first, so this time they have started with Jersey, Guernsey, Wales and the Isle of Man! Have only tried one name so far, which worked fine. Very exciting!
