I have approached it from another view point.
Thomas Casement seems to appear in the IOM 1861 census, not in 1871, and then pops up in England, Whitehaven in the 1881 census but under the name Caseman (ANCESTORY)
He married Isabella Gill 18/7/1872 in Bride (IGI) and then moved to England between 1871 &1874 and had a daughter Harriet M.
I know that the Crowe's and Casements intermingled during the 1700's.
You don't happen to have info about Thomas' ancestors do you? If so, I would be grateful for any information.
