Hi Frances. The barracuda strikes again. This happened a while ago from Ian's address and they told me it had to be fixed from your end. They wrote "The customer will need to contact their ISP and request removal of their IP address from Barracuda (or they can request themselves at www.barracudacentral.org/rbl/removal-request)".

Or you could try my gmail one which is on Ian's website.
