There's a scan on Ancestry of a baptism entry at Holbeck, St Edward, King and Martyr, Sep 14th 1903 for John Charles Keig, son of Joseph Benjamin (miller) and Edith Keig of 19 Rydall Street. There's a death for John Charles Keig in Sep Q 1903, Holbeck (9b 186) in the BMD.
The West Yorkshire parish records on Ancestry show that there were several churches in Holbeck. If the funeral services for the 4 children were held in St Edward King and Martyr (and I don't know if they were), might this help in locating the position of the grave ?
