I am trying to research my Great Grandmother's family. She was Mary Wilmott formerly Ennett nee Curtis. Her father was Michael Curtis and she was born in Douglas about 1857 but I have been unable to find any birth records.She married my Great Grandfather Henry Wilmott at Kirk Braddon on 23rd December 1886. My Mother believed that the family ran pony and trap rides for tourists along the front at Douglas in the early 1900s and I am hoping that someone might have more information about them.
