Generally, the Lawson Burial index gives most burials and neither Ralph nor wife are on that.
If you find where wife is buried, perhaps you'll find him as well.

I will keep an eye out as I go through the IOM parish burial registers and MI books. I think it is unlikely that he is buried IOM.

Were there children in England or somewhere nearby? I've often found that elderly parents often went to live with a child esp if spouse already gone.
