I remember discussing this family with the late Mrs Iris Edna Lyle (nee Blackburn)a founder member of IOMFHS who was closely related, I think through her mother. She certainly descended from Thomas Moore, but I doubt if she published much about them. My recollection is that we pencilled in a descent from the Moores of Ballacallin, part of the Ballakilley Marown clan published by me in the Proceedings NH & AS.
