the entries in Bri and Lezayre for this robt are somewhat confusing - it may be that this is the robt with a baptism in Bride 10 Mar 1806 (also noted in Lezayre 8 apr 1806) as private bapt (ie at home) with a public receiving into congregation in Bride 1818 23 Sep (tho the note reads private bapt rcvd 22 oct) whereas the bride 1806 entry has pb by rev hen maddrell rcvd 22 oct 1820

There is no obvious burial of a robt goldsmith thus this might well be your Robt
