Pam, to answer Donna's message you need to 'Reply' to her here on the message board, as I am replying to you at the moment. The board automatically sends you any replies to your messages and tells you "To respond to this message, please post your response to the board".

Your answer to Donna's message which was sent on to you doesn't go to Donna and doesn't show up here on the message board.
