yes you are right - never noticed that (I'm sure earlier editions did mark them - the 1" O/S outline edition reproduced on my CD Rom does (the Hills edition which is the one sold is virtually unreadable in places due to hill shading)) however I usually use the PROW map but I've only looked at the old edition and not the new, tidied up and much info removed, modern digital edition so that too might be even less useful than the old one.
