I have a copy of Margaret Killip (Daniel's 1st wife) which I obtain from Lawson's BMD and Wills index (IOMFHS website) which appointed Daniel as executor. However, it appears probate was undertaken by his 2nd wife Eleanor upon Daniel's deat, as was also executrix of his Will. However, I have not seen a copy of Daniel Kermode's Will itself.

According to the MI (Daniel died 24th of May 1873 aged 80) I have Daniels birthdate as 1793. Also an IGI christerning for a Daniel Kermode as 9 December, 1792. Is the Will you refer to for Daniel b. 1783? If so does not appear to be "mine"
