Thanks for getting back to me Sue. I've got some documents regarding a lease in 1858 but they're too big to upload.

Here's a transcript:
This Indenture made between John Craine of Broughjairg Mooar of the one part and John Martin (Miller) who has recently entered upon the premises hereinafter mentioned on the other part Witnesseth that the said John Craine in consideration of the Annual Rent and other conditions covenants reservations restrictions and agreements hereinafter mentioned which are on the part of the said John Martin his heirs and assigns all and singular those water corn and threshing mills on the Quarterland of Ballacrosha called (squeens mills) with the dwelling house gardens and five fields thereto belonging to Have and to Hold the said Corn Mill and Threshing Mill Dwelling House Kiln Stable and sheds dam - damheads sluices and Buildings thereto appertaining and all ways water and watercourses rights and members to the said premises belonging unto the said John Martin his heirs Exors and assigns for and during the time and term of [blank] years from the 12th November 1857 and this Indenture further Witnesseth that the said John Martin in consideration of this Grant and Lease agrees and binds himself his heirs executors and assigns to pay yearly and every year during the term of this lease unto the said John Craine his heirs administrators executors and assigns in respect of the said leased premises on the 12th of November in each and every the sum of fifty pounds by half-yearly payments on the 12th May and 12th November Clear of all deductions and also shall and will keep and maintain during this demise and at the expiration thereof (except the water wheel) in as good order and tenantable repair as the same has been put in at the commencement of this lease said repairs agreed upon by both parties are inspected and taken down in writing by Edmund Kerruish Millwright on the part of John Martin and John Cannel on the part of John Craine and the same witnessed James Gale (Miller) of the Town of Ramsey who was present at the said Inspection said paper or writing to be annexed to this lease or a copy thereof (reasonable wear and tear accepted) and that the said John Craine and his heirs may have the liberty at all times to examine or cause to be examined by any competent person or persons the state of repair of Mills during this demise and if found deficient and out of proper repair he can cause the Leasee to put the same into a proper state of repair by law during the said demise the water wheel to be kept in repair by the leasee and when a new water wheel is wanted to be put in or up with as little delay as possible by the Proprietor of Said Mills
Said Mills to be kept insured for the sum of [blank] pounds during said demise and the roofs of all the houses on the premises to be kept in tenantable repair the land to be cropped as follows that is to say one white crop out of the Lea Land then green crop manured with farmyard manure one crop after green crop sown down with good ryegrass seeds and clover seeds at the rate of one bushel ryegrass to seven pounds clover seeds to the acre in rotation the fodder to be destroyed on the premises and the fodder and whatever dung may be on the premises at the expiration of this lease to be kept on the premises
Said leasee shall not assign this lease nor sublet the demised premises nor any part thereof without the consent in writing of the said John Craine his Heirs, Exors, Admrs, & Assigns
