In my Curphey tree I have DAVID ALONZO CURPHEY who was born in Liverpool 1860 a son of John/Catherine
In the 1911 census he is living Port Erin and a lodger with Mrs. Ross at Victoria Square. His occuption
was said to be an Artist (Painter) I think he did not marry.
He died in Liverpool 1922. If anyone knows anything more about him, I would be pleased to hear.
