Up to seven of the children of William Muncaster, watchmaker, made their home in NZ. Three were daughters; married to Lorimer, France, and Mylrea respectively. I've seen posts from Lorimer descendants and wonder if anyone knows what happened to Philip Mylrea. His wife was Isabella (Eliza) Muncaster, Thomas's twin. There is mention of Mylrea & Co in NZ papers in some litigation in 1880 involving Mrs Lorimer, Mrs Mylrea & Mr Thomas Muncaster on one side and Mr Lorimer on the other, but no death certificate for Philip (not the Philip who died in 1868). Maybe some family folklore? Eg. did he run off to America?
