I have encountered a problem in as much that I looked at the Cowley side of my tree and Brian had indicated that Richard Cowley and Ann Cubbon were the parents of William Cowley born 1808 Kirk Michael

Brian had also stated that William married Catherine Corkill which is correct
I am now fairly certain that these are his parents but unfortunately he had documented that William Jnr born 1843 married Charlotte Corkish in 1882 I don't think this is correct
After looking at the census for 1891 the William Cowley married to Charlotte was born in Lezayre occupation Shoemaker
My William was a Farmer born in Kk Michael married to Louisa Oates
I don't suppose there is anything I can do about it, and I don't suppose it matters really,
I just wanted to let everyone know who in the past has helped me to try and unravel my Cowleys that I have finally found his parents
