Hi, so near yet so far! I have found a person I'm after on the electoral list 2002-10 . I know it is right because the only other person living with him is also right (the latter now deceased). There are 23 of this name that then come up with addresses on the non paying list. I now have to register & sign in to get further with the person I want as I need more personal details. I have no idea which of the 23 addresses would be correct . Without registering It doesn't say how much each credit would cost - does anyone know what the minimum would be as I only need the info on this one person. Thanks again for any help.
