The plaque says that King Edward V11 & Queen Alexandra &HRH Princess passed through
this Kella Abbey Quarter 1902 [in Roman numerals] The exact date was August 25th 1902.
Kella Mills is a few yards along the road on the
same side ,dating back 300 years.[flour /porridge
