If you look at the IGI on FamilySearch.org you will see the extracted (from the parish register) entry for their marriage, which shows that Robert BURNS and Elizth. Jane LEWIN married on the 27 Dec.1851 in Marown, with Husband Age at Marriage: 27; Wife Age at Marriage: 29.
Further down the page it gives the Source Call no. on LDS film as: 0106191 (1849 - 1883).

These LDS films can be seen through their Family History Centres worldwide, or freely at the Manx Museum Library. For FHC locations see your local phone book under "Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-Day Saints".

The parish register marriage record will show both father's names and occupations, as well as addresses and other details, similar to the information included in certificates after the start of civil registration (1884 for marriages).
