Marg, interesting point. Robena might have been living in as a servant but not as a 'patient/inmate'. In 1901 she was 18 & a dom servant at Lorne House in Cas. In the 1911 census her 25 year old sister is working in King William's College & I had a feeling my grandmother also worked there in her younger days. Would this private school for boys be a place to miss out a servant in a census? Careless attitude really for the servants. Thanks K
