I have a request from Sylvia of Australia who is researching family history in the IOM and asks the following;

Our great uncle Richard Garner is shown on the 1911 Isle of Man census as being a visitor, his wife Margaret (Maggie) as resident of St Helena Cottage Ballaughton Braddan... I have a photo of what is called St Helena House.
I understand that when Richard Garner died, Maggie married Richard Cain.. in the Isle of man note Book, House of Keys, Richard Cain is shown as residing at St Helena House, Douglas... I have been unable to find a death record for Richard Garner or a marriage record for Maggie and Richard?? Any advice?
