Further to my earlier post in August - this project is now well underway and Y-DNA results have been obtained for members of some 35 (of the ca 110) "indigenous" Manx families - representing some 45% of the Manx population.
However - more participation is requested from Manx men belonging to this list of families. I am particularly looking for at least one member from each of the following families - Kelly, Quayle, Corlett, Far(a)gher, Kneale, Watterson, Teare, Kneen, Clague, Cowin, Corkill, Crellin and Martin - but participation from many other families is also still required.
