I have only found one Jane Kuenle and that was on the 1891 census for Auckland Lane, Ramsey, Maughold on the Ancestry.com site. I have looked at the original document and am fairly sure the name is Kneale (a manx surname). I think it has been transcribed incorrectly.
There a two widows named Jane Kneale aged 72 years living in Auckland Lane and are both on the one census sheet.
Any other information you have may help.
