Could any one tell me where would be the best place to look for maritine records of my Grandfather Chief Officer William Sanderson who served with the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company 1935 to 1945. I have tried contacting the company direct by post but don't think they are getting through.

Any help would be much appreciated.
