If you already have all those official records I suggested you get, you must have your grandfather's place and date of birth. Please post those, and also exactly what information was given on his birth cert for his parents. Also where was it recorded on an official record that Margaret was born in the Isle of Man? A census? MI? At marriage? Immigration or passenger record? Please supply the details.
