the 7 is the schedule number - the enumerator appears to be moving up Glen Rushen from the south heading north towards Glen Maye then moves across towards the coast around Dalby
If you have a detailed map (eg my CD Rom has a copy of the 1868 1st edition O/S map it will show some of the cottages which could be quite widely seperated allowing room for a small croft

thus this appears to be south of Beckwith vein mines about 1mile north of the Round table
