Thank you, Donna. It's a shame there isn't an MI for Isabella (buried 1880 Malew). I was looking for proof that she was a widow (Isabella Cowley nee Barker) when she married George Taubman in 1858, which would have meant that William Cowley had died between 1863 and 1868.
The Glebe cemetery MIs for Isabella Ann Cowley and Margaret Jane Cowley, daughters of William and Isabella Cowley, are very helpful. I've been looking for William, Isabella and their children in 1871, and my best guess at this stage is:
William Cowley b 1829 ---had died in 1867.
Isabella Cowley nee Barker b England 1828 --- had married George Taubman in 1868, and was in Castletown with stepchildren in 1871 (pregnant with baby born same year (Edith M Taubman)
Jonathan Cowley b 1852 --- servant elsewhere in 1871
William Robert Cowley b 1854 --- can't find in 1871. I'm trying to prove that this is the Wm Cowley who married Elizabeth Eleanor Moore in 1880.
Isabella Ann Cowley b 1857 ---- had died in 1858
Elizabeth Cowley b 1859 --- in 1871 was "niece" age 12 in Michael with aunt Elizabeth Kelly nee Barker (sister of Isabella). Also in household was "boarder" George Taubman age 46, step father of Elizabeth Cowley.
Thomas Barker Cowley b 1861 --- can't find him in 1871
Margaret Jane Cowley b 1863 --- had died in 1866.
I can't find another William Cowley b Malew circa 1855 who could be the one who married Elizabeth Eleanor Moore.

One little nit-pick. In the 1881 census transcript you give, Donna, you have all 7 household members with the surname Taubman. In fact only George 56 and Edith 10 are Taubman. All the others are FORD.
Thank you again.
