As I've written before, summaries are very helpful (I have made many myself), and everyone greatly appreciates having them available, but they cannot take the place of full transcripts where the information is in context, and there is less chance of the odd name or relationship being missed.

Regarding popups, I would hope that everyone on this BB keeps their virus checker up to date, and would delete and not open any popup. I have looked at Ian's website several times a week (when home) since it was started nearly two years ago and have never had a virus.
