Are you sure that an 1828 marriage record will show the bride's parents? I don't have any from St Cuthbert's, Cumberland, but even the English civil registration certs (from July 1837 onwards) which I have seen have only the fathers' names and occupations.

You need to look at the "Source Call No." for the number of the LDS film of the parish records from which the IGI extracted entry was taken, and which can be ordered to view at a local FHC. For this 1828 marriage it is given as LDS film no.0090579 [1813 - 1830].
