On Manx Notebook there is some history of Noble's Hospital which was opened as a hospital in 1888 but became the home of the Manx Museum in 1922.

I have traced an ancester housed there in the 1901c and wondered if this was a 'general' hospital or specialised i.e. infectious diseases.

Any information would be gratefully received.
