Thank you very much for your reply. According to the 1850 US census he was 42, the 1860 Census he was 55 and in the 1870 Census he was 60. He could have been born within 2 years of either extreme. I have information on most of his descendents if you are interested. He was my g-g Grandfather. I am trying to find when he migrated to the US. I went to the Isle of Man several weeks ago and have a very good lead which I am working on. I am assuming that you are in the US since you descend from Mary. Quite a few of his descendents still life fairly close to my area(Brunswick, GA). If you are interested in his descendents please let me know and I will share what I have with you.
