Ellinor Kelly was at 17 Bigwell St Douglas in the 1871 census, widow aged 37, Charwoman b.Malew, with 5 of her children including Elizabeth 8 and Agnes 2, and in 1861 Ellen (27 b.Malew) was in Bigwell St with husband Thomas Kelly 29 a mariner b. Marown, with their 2 eldest children, Eleanor 3 & Thomas 1, b.Douglas.
So her husband Thomas the mariner must have died c.1868-71.
