Can anyone help with tracing descendents of this great inventor? I am looking for details of those who lived here in the IOM? I have built his full US family tree but nothing on his IOM side. This is most probably via his mothers side (Margaret Radcliffe - does anyone know if the author & historian Constance Radcliffe was a descendent of her?), or sister Mary Kennish 1792- (married John Cowle (was the late Freddie Cowle related?) )or sister Margaret or brothers Peter, John and Thomas.
