In your previous message you wrote Wm Kissack was b 1831 Santan s/o Thomas K & Mgt Cowle - which was why I looked for an earlier one when I saw he wasn't underage at his marriage, and I also looked for one b.Braddan (census). I thought that his age 19 might have been copied from the entry above in error by the enumerator - whereas the "Braddan" differed from the other entries, so was likely to be correct.
In your last message you write (first sentence) the Santan Wm was b.1827. The same as the Braddan Wm I suggested as a possibility?

Do you know where William and son William Henry were in 1861, where his age could be checked?

I don't suppose there was a MI for:
KISSACK, Elizabeth 27 Lonan 1 Aug 1859?
