I'm hoping that the marriage in Shropshire between Ann Parry and John Owen is of the parents of George Rice Price Owen and that he was born out of wedlock. Alternatively I'm looking for a marriage between a John Parry and Ann Owen.....

My ancestor George Rice Price Parry turned up on the 1841 Wales Census living in Holywell. I have him on census returns until 1871 and he always reports that he was born on the Isle of Man, ages put this sometime between 1810 and 1816.

I've previously asked for help locating the baptism of George Rice Price Parry on this list but nothing could be found. This George Rice Price Owen fits the timeframe....its just the surname is different.

If Owen is my Parry then I want to find out where the Parry came from. My George was a Tailor all his life so I was hoping that the baptism entry for George Owen would contain father's occupation to provide more of a link...tentative though it is.
