Back in 1914 when the Queensland Manx Society was formed, there was a family by the name of Kelly, I wonder if there is any connection here to the E. Kelly listed in the 1921 electoral roll listing Walter Gale.
If Gale/Keig is the same person it looks as if a marriage period can be nailed down to between 1921 and 1925, and that would hopefully give us names of parents etc.
