Hello Liz, I contacted someone regarding wills, from the LDS as mentioned by Frances. It seems they only have them prior to 1858.

I have enquired at the relevant office on the Isle of Man (sorry can't think what they were called off the top of my head) and they quoted the price of £5.00 per page. So, as yet I haven't followed that up.
