Per latest NAMA newsletter (N American Manx Assoc), Calvin King Quayle b 1927 UT (USA) died 3 Mar 2010 --not clear if he lived in Utah or Wisconsin USA, I think the latter.
He participated occasionally in this genealogy message board

His lineage goes back to the Ballaharra German Quayles.
Robert Quayle 1802-1872 was his first great-gfa
His grfa was James 1831 who emigrated to USA
