I recently obtained death certificates for my grandparents William Henry b 16 Jan 1853 d 24 Oct 1907 and Jane (Kermeen) b abt 29 June 1858 and d 4 May 1933. William's certificate states the he was William Edward Quayle and that Jane was the wife of William Edward not William Henry. The advice was provided by their son George.
They are buried as Wm Henry and Jane. William Henry also had a brother William Edward who was married to Gertrude Comaish. However I can't see Uncle George making the same mistake twice.
