Yes, this is why a general warning above all the transcripts is preferable.

Many transcripts are incorrect in places, and this being a strong possibility was why Brian asked transcribers to please keep to the original lines and pages, so that incorrect words would be easier to describe and correct.
It was the intention from the beginning that users would double-check the originals whenever possible and let him know of errors in the transcripts and in the index. He was always grateful to receive these, and I sent him dozens a year, as I have continued to do for Ian.
