Dissentor[er] Births / Baptism's.. flag's now flying.. lots of blank space removed from code. File now 75% smaller and should load and scroll faster.
Caveen / Cavendish etc, now in correct places in the index.
After having a few problems with missing files from reinstaetd links, I am double checking that the files are there before re-instating links. Sorry for any inconvenience.
All links in recent additions should now be OK.
Progressing nicely on the C indices, and should get these finished over the weekend.
