The wills have the date "thirty first day of August eighteen hundred and fifty three" so having it under 1837 is clearly wrong.
The submission date is the same: Submitted by: Shirley C Hogensen Date: 22 March 2003, so Shirley probably sent the two wills together, and Brian put the same one on twice by mistake.
