As Carol wrote, Jony of the will you noted was one of the three children of John RADCLIFFE & Margaret CANNELL [from decree and will]:
1. Thomas b.c.1695/96, d.1732 [decree]
2. Jony b.c.1697/98, d.1739 [will] Joney Kinry als Radcliff buried 14 Dec 1739.
3. Philip b.c.1699/1700, d.1762 [will].

There were a lot of early marriages between Radcliffe and Kinry/Harrison, and as they often used the same names they can be quite confusing to sort out.

This Jony's husband was Philip Kinry "Philip Kinry the father is sworn Exr... ", and her brother was confirmed as Philip Radcliff "Philip Radcliff the uncle & Margt one of the children at age are sworn overseers...". [Thomas the elder brother having died.]

Their children (with a lot of ???s) were:

Joney bapt 28 Sep 1720 dau of Thomas Ratcliffe [alive 1757: in mother’s will], married Ewan KINRY 28 Feb.1746 Andreas.
Joney was buried 22 Jan 1783 and left no will; no will found for Ewan.
