The marriage was 1840 not 1843. The two children born in the Isle of Man died young in Liverpool but two more were born there namely Agnes and Sarah.

The family stayed around Merseyside and some can be seen in the 1881 census but it appears the Joseph and Grace died shortly before, in Ormskirk on the outskirts.
