i am trying to help someone find their family and i have got right back to 1881, i know robert kelly was born kirk braddan it says 1854, but i cant seem to find him , this will allow me to find his parents,
i found him 1881 as police constable single, lancashire, and i found him married with children 1891, but not 1871 or 1861, any help please
