Certainly the right Christian. John Quatough and Margaret Kelly don't seem to fit anywhere but the rest do.
Edward worked as a Blacksmith here in Australia as did his son Edward Jnr. so it looks like the "Rev" didn't refer to him being a clergyman at all even though they were very regular churchgoers.
It looks like Richard the stonemason was Edwards father. As his parents listed as Richard and Mary Allison. The Allison may have been a second name and her family name was Patrick.
