It is good that you can fill in all those gaps for Marna about Alma's second life in Australia.
I felt so sorry for her when I found that her four children were born within three years, with two children only 10 months apart. - And then having one little girl dying at 8 months just before the next one was born, and that daughter then dying as well at 15 months. It must have been shattering.

I wonder whether her first husband knew what had happened to her or where she had gone. At her marriage to William Nott did she say she was a widow, or divorced (because this would have been unusual at the time)? She is certainly a mystery, and far more interesting than most!
